This hotel offers comfortable rooms with great king-sized beds on level 1, but the pictures may be deceiving. The service includes dry cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The location is ideal, close to the Redwoods forest, eateries, tourist attractions, and a fabulous restaurant across the road. The dining experience features homemade cakes. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory, but value for money could be better.
